After assessing and finalizing the scope, we provide a general but comprehensive cost estimate along side a proposed schedule estimate for a transparent and seamless process for all parties.
Design Presentation
We provide a multitude of general concepts to help nail down your vision. We then source and tailor it to your unique design aesthetic. We provide any visuals needed to convey your design, including floor plans, elevations, renderings and physical material selections for each area.
Construction (if applicable) & Procurement:
Once the final design is determined and materials selected, we provide schedules and documentation to your contractor, if needed. We also procure every item. We ensure a timely arrival based on the desired timeline. We track and monitor each item and thoroughly inspect and ensure the quality meets our standards and we properly store until time for installation.
Installation
The fun part! We utilize a full team of specialized movers, drapery & art installers and designers to make your installation a full turn key process. We finalize with a collection of curated accessories customized for you, allowing you to come home to a fully transformed space.
